GRS Recruitment are supporting a global payment provider with its head office in Limassol, looking to recruit a focused and passionate Marketing Officer to lead the company expansion. For this role you will be focused on building the company marketing department internally, liaise with external partner and lead the growth of the Marketing team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

Develop strategies and tactics to promote portfolio and own their implementation from ideation to execution

Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis

Produce valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and converts our target groups

Design, build, and maintain our social media presence

Build strategic relationship and partner with key industry players, agencies
-
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis
-
Oversee and approve marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies

Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
-
Proactively gathers information, researches/resolves any potential issues

Responds to customers/providers in a timely and professional manner

Other duties as required
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position
-
Experience in setting up and working with Google Ads,Facebook Ads,Linkedln ads, etc
-
Working experience with image editing software- Photoshop etc
-
Ability to communicate at all levels – both verbal and written
-
Good operational excellence – extensive business knowledge and an understanding of customer support, sales operations, and processes

Attention to detail
-
Ability to prioritize activities and tasks effectively
-
Experience in partnership relations building
-
Proficiency in English is a must
