MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Creation and management of email marketing campaigns

Developing appealing and target group-specific email content

Segmentation and management of email lists

Carrying out A/B tests to optimise subject lines, content and sending times

Analysing and reporting on the performance of email campaigns

Maintaining and updating the email database

Creating and implementing Instagram marketing strategies
-
Creating and publishing engaging and relevant content on Instagram
-
Interacting with the Instagram community and building engagement
-
Analysing and reporting on the performance of Instagram posts and campaigns
-
Monitoring trends and competition on Instagram
-
Collaborating with the design team to create visual content
-
Developing strategies to increase the number of followers and engagement
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Completed training or studies in marketing, communication or a comparable qualification
-
Experience in email marketing and creating email campaigns
-
Sound knowledge of the use of email marketing tools (e.g. MailChimp, HubSpot, etc.)
-
Experience in Instagram marketing and content creation for social media
-
Creativity and a good sense of visual aesthetics
-
Analytical skills and experience in reporting and analysing marketing campaigns
-
Good knowledge of current trends and best practices in email and Instagram marketing
-
Ability to work in a team, initiative and a structured way of working

Good written and spoken German and English skills
