DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting the Business Development and Marketing Manager with project organization.

Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the Department’s activities.

Researching, updating and maintaining the Social Media/Observations Calendar

Keeping up with industry trends.

Carrying out research, negotiating and placing orders for Marketing materials/corporate gifts/marketing props.

Stock control of Marketing materials.
-
Maintaining schedules for marketing initiatives.
-
Maintaining Department digital filing system.
-
Assisting in development and execution of marketing campaigns.
-
Maintaining and updating social media accounts and company website.
-
Social Media - Maintain timely posts to inform the public of company narrative and keep the public apprised of news in collaboration with leadership.

Website Management and Updates - Maintain website appearance and content through collaboration with leadership team and third-party consultant. Ensure that website remains accurate and relevant through updates, news posts.

Assisting in preparation and organization of company events, seminars, and webinars.

Preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents.
-
Maintain and organize all digital marketing records including media articles, project photography, project pages, firm bios, client lists, and award records.

Developing content for blogs, articles, social media, and the Company's website.

Dealing with and preparing media, conference, company events and training plans.

Maintain complete confidentiality.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
-
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Proven experience in marketing and/or digital marketing

Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)

Digital photography and video editing experience

Excellent command of the English Language (written and verbal)

Strong Communication and Presentation Skills

Detail-oriented.
