With over 15+ years of combined experience in the online brokerage industry, our client is bringing business and technologies together to help their target companies reimagine their business using its creative business framework. For their newly established team in Limassol, they are currently seeking to recruit a Marketing Project Manager. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and initiatives that align with company goals.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its client base to implement effective marketing campaigns.

Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience behaviours, and competitor strategies

Ideate, define and initiate marketing projects in the given direction without oversight providing autonomous delivery

Managing and supervising marketing projects from beginning to end ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content/execution

Performance Analysis: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs). Adjust strategies based on analytics and feedback.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
3-5 years of work experience as either a marketing agency account manager or as a client-side marketing manager for financial products
-
Experience in Forex and/or trading either personally or professionally is strongly preferred

Strong leadership, analytical & logical reasoning skills

Driven and motivated self-learner

Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and in English, making sure key information is properly cascaded and documented to promote transparency

Ability to work in a fast-moving global and multi-language environment.

Team player with a positive attitude and eager to learn

Must work well in a high-pressure environment with many deadlines and demands

Strong organisational, communication and time-management skills

University degree or equivalent preferred but not required
