GRS Recruitment is working on behalf of a leading international organisation within the Oil & Gas and Energy sector, currently seeking a Material & Customs Coordinator to join an upcoming project in Cyprus. This is an exciting opportunity to work on an innovative project, with the position offered on a temporary contract basis for approximately 12–24 months. The successful candidate must speak fluent Greek & English with experience in logistics, materials management, customs coordination, or supply chain operations. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound material flows to support operational requirements.
  • Manage import/export and customs clearance activities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and Company procedures.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, material traceability, and proper logistics documentation.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, warehouse teams, contractors, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely material delivery and effective collaboration.
  • Support logistics contract management and monitor logistics and customs performance through reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with Company HSE procedures and applicable safety requirements in all logistics and customs activities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in logistics, materials management, customs coordination, or supply chain operations.
  • Solid knowledge of import/export procedures, customs regulations, HS Codes, and Incoterms.
  • Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and material traceability.
  • Experience in coordinating logistics contractors, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation service providers.
  • Good knowledge of SAP MM or equivalent ERP systems.
  • Fluent in both Greek & English.

  • Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills.

  • Able to work within Cyprus with no visa restrictions
