MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Involved in the development or planning of the maintenance facilities of the property, supply chain management, quality systems and regulatory compliance with all the relevant authorities.

Fully informed of all the necessary details and processes for the maintenance of the property.

Must be aware of all the maintenance contracts and organise regular maintenance visits.

Solve technical problems concerning the departments objectives and if necessary contact the relevant technical contractors for further assistance.

Be proactive and order all the necessary spare parts to keep the property maintained on a good condition.

Responsible for recording and safely keeping all the department’s tools.

Responsible to manage the department’s contractors and suppliers in regard to the maintenance of the property.

Report to the general manager regarding the overall condition of the property.

Any other ad hoc requests assigned by the general manager.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University graduate in Mechanical, Energy or Electrical Engineering.

Highly experienced engineer with hands-on experience of at least 4 years.
-
Team leader experience is essential.

Excellent Greek and English language skills both oral and verbal.

Good communication, organizational, administrative skills and effective time management.
-
Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.

Ability to work under flexible hours

Good Knowledge of IT literature
-
Knowledge of Autocat system will be considered as advantage

Knowledge on Chillers and BMS systems
COMPANY BENEFITS

Our client offers 13 salaries plus medical insurance coverage after 6 months.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00. However, the successful candidate needs to be flexible and to work on weekends as well (shift time).
