An industry leader in the development and production of premium, hop-forward beverages is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a proactive and technically skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our client’s team, with a focus on maintaining and operating advanced bottling line machinery. This hands-on role involves executing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and overseeing key production processes such as filtration, cooling, and steam generation. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in automation, fluency in multiple Greek and English, and a keen eye for safety and efficiency. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitoring, preparation, supervision, and execution of the maintenance of the Company’s machinery at all premises:
a. Preventive maintenance
b. Corrective (breakdown) maintenance
c. Maintenance based on checklist

Operation of machinery and adjustments to the various machine sizes in the bottling lines.

Detection and troubleshooting of faults in the bottling machinery.

Execution of spare parts orders and their codification.
-
Monitoring of the grape reception process (machinery and procedure).

Monitoring of the filtration/ bottling/ cooling processes.

Monitoring of the Company’s steam boiler operations (Steam Production, Piping, and Steam Components).

Monitoring of the air and water systems (Softened and Deionized). Design of constructions.

Promotion of Personal Safety and Health.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Certified Mechanical Engineer

Proficient in computer use
-
Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal. Fluency in German will be considered an additional asset

Previous experience in bottling production lines, particularly in operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance, will be considered an additional asset.
