This is a hands-on technical role responsible for the upkeep, diagnosis, and repair of mechanical systems across a large multi-use complex. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain, diagnose, and repair mechanical equipment across domestic and industrial installations
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and installations, identifying and resolving defects
- Provide technical support and apply initiative to resolve mechanical issues effectively
- Install, maintain, and repair fluid-carrying pipework and fixtures
- Perform in-house repair, maintenance, and calibration of plant machinery
- Maintain accurate records of all work carried out
- Liaise with internal teams and external contractors as required
- Adhere to all operational and safety standards
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Previous experience in a Mechanical Technician role
- Competence in the safe use of plumbing tools and mechanical equipment
- Proven experience with pipework installation and maintenance across domestic and industrial settings
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Ability to perform calibration and maintenance of plant machinery
- Experience with PPR plumbing systems
