GRS Recruitment is working with are a global leader in fintech media, marketing, and events, home to a portfolio of dynamic brands that connect decision-makers across trading, investing, fintech, real estate, and financial services to employ a Media Executive for their Limassol based team. Our integrated platforms foster business growth, deliver industry insights, and facilitate meaningful global connections. The successful candidate will act as the primary contact between the marketing team and media representatives, strengthening and expanding our media outlet network. 
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the primary contact between the marketing team and media representatives, strengthening and expanding our media outlet network.
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify and assess media outlets that align with clients' geographic and audience targeting.
  • Maintain a well-organized, accurate media database with up-to-date contact information and outlet details.
  • Build and sustain strong professional relationships with journalists, editors, and media professionals to facilitate seamless collaboration and optimal media coverage.
  • Monitor media trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for client exposure and engagement.
  • Support additional public relations tasks and media activities in line with client objectives and campaigns.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in media relations, PR, or agency environments is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and professional media outreach.
  • Strong research skills to strategically identify relevant media opportunities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to maintain and manage detailed records and databases.
  • Proactive relationship-building skills to establish and maintain long-term media partnerships.
  • Adaptability and initiative to respond quickly to evolving client and media needs.
