A long-standing Construction company with offices in Nicosia is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Messenger for their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the organization’s daily operations through the timely delivery, collection, and processing of documents and errands. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication between the company and external associates, such as government authorities and banking institutions.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES              
  • Deliver and collect various documents from internal departments, external partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Submit and pick up official documents at government offices and public authorities.
  • Conduct banking-related errands and transactions on behalf of the company.
  • Assist with internal office tasks, errands, and general administrative support as needed.
  • Ensure all assigned duties are completed efficiently, professionally, and with confidentiality.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Pleasant and professional personality.
  • High level of confidentiality and trustworthiness.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Good command of the Greek language (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
