A firm which provides Compliance solutions is searching for a Middle Infrastructure Engineer to join their team in Malta or Cyprus. You will provide second-line support via a support system for a group of companies (more than ten companies with their own infrastructure in different geographical locations, more than 250 different systems and tools, and more than 50 domains). The ideal candidate will have at least year’s experience in technical troubleshooting (hardware, software networking). MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide second-line support via a support system for a group of companies(more than ten companies with their own infrastructure in different geographical locations, more than 250 different systems and tools, and more than 50 domains)
  • Solve business and technical tasks by working on hardware/software requirements, deployment, testing, and upgrades
  • Troubleshoot system functional and operational issues
  • Maintain and optimize infrastructure needs
  • Support JML procedure for all companies in the group
  • Develop and enforce endpoint management policies, including BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policies
  • Automate regular administrative tasks to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Maintain monitoring solutions for endpoint performance and security
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Read and use best practices in your work.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 3+ years’ experience in technical troubleshooting (hardware, software networking)
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/MacOS/Linux environments, networking experience required
  • System administration knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Azure O365, Intune, GPO, security) at the level of AZ-104, AZ-500, MD-101 MS-101
  • Network knowledge at the level of CCNA
  • General knowledge of the AWS environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including technical writing skills
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work responsibly with or without direct supervision
