Our Client a well-established, world leading company offering specialized solutions to the offshore energy, environmental and infra marine markets are currently expanding their Nicosia team and recruiting for an MLC Administrator. The successful candidate will have previous administrative experience in a similar position and be highly fluent in English. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to and assisting the group MLC Coordinator.

Assist in the preparation of all MLC related documents including preparation of Sea-farers contracts and Annexes.

Maintain relations and cooperate with other internal stakeholders of the Group.

Corporate housekeeping for vessel management .

Other administrative duties.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

University degree.

Administrative and organisational skills.

Dynamic with an ability to take initiative, solve problems and deliver results.

Very good communication and interpersonal skills.

Computer literate (MS Office).

Very good knowledge of English.
