Our Client a well-established, world leading company offering specialized solutions to the offshore energy, environmental and infra marine markets are currently expanding their Nicosia team and recruiting for an Office Administrator. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the office such as supporting and organizing the office, keeping documentation and records, office policies and events co-ordination.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office, including managing phone calls, emails and correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining calendars and organizing files and documents.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements of guests (transportation, accommodation, food & beverages).
  • Preparing emails, letters, filling forms, electronic filing of IR7s and working towards meeting deadlines.
  • Coordinating office deliveries, suppliers, office mail and couriers.
  • Ensuring the office environment is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Administer ad hoc administration tasks.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Degree Graduate preferably in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or any other related field.
  • Proven experience (2-4 years) as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role it’s a plus.
  • Possess excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Able to work independently or in a group and work with various departments.
  • Ability to multi-task on many aspects of the position and possess exceptional organizational skills.
  • Trusts, supports and has a genuine concern for other team members.
