The Mobile Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing mobile marketing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and fostering client relationships. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and develop key mobile gaming accounts to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Build strong relationships with VIP clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance account performance through strategic planning and analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.
- Monitor client activity and provide insights to optimise engagement and profitability.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and support existing client portfolio growth initiatives.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Account Management and Client Relationship skills
- In-app Marketing and Campaign Analysis skills
- Data Analysis and Reporting skills
- Knowledge of the gaming industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proven Portfolio of Publishers.
- At least 1 year of experience within the in-app industry.
