MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conceptualize design with the design team and develop high-quality motion graphics for marketing campaigns across multiple boards.

Leading design across all digital platforms including but not limited to; web design, website graphics, email templates, social media creatives, digital banners, etc.

Edit video content.

Ensure that all graphics and motion graphics are aligned with the brand’s guidelines.

Review and make necessary revisions to ensure final outputs meet the highest creative standards.

Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure seamless delivery of Marketing initiatives in the highest quality.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Create and manage a library of digital assets that can be repurposed across various campaigns and platforms.

Keep up with the latest design trends, software, and techniques in motion graphics and video editing.

Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Direct Supervisor and/or the Management Team.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – Experience in Premiere Pro, Lightworks, After Effects, or any Motion Graphics software will be considered as ideal.

Previous experience within the financial industry will be considered as an advantage.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Adaptability and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient with using Microsoft Office and Google Docs. Especially PowerPoint and Google Slides.
