Motion Graphic Designer

• Conceptualize design with the design team and develop high-quality motion graphics for marketing campaigns across multiple boards.
• Leading design across all digital platforms including but not limited to; web design, website graphics, email templates, social media creatives, digital banners, etc.
• Edit video content.
• Ensure that all graphics and motion graphics are aligned with the brand’s guidelines.
• Review and make necessary revisions to ensure final outputs meet the highest creative standards.
• Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure seamless delivery of Marketing initiatives in the highest quality.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Create and manage a library of digital assets that can be repurposed across various campaigns and platforms.
• Keep up with the latest design trends, software, and techniques in motion graphics and video editing.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Direct Supervisor and/or the Management Team.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – Experience in Premiere Pro, Lightworks, After Effects, or any Motion Graphics software will be considered as ideal.
• Previous experience within the financial industry will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Adaptability and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with using Microsoft Office and Google Docs. Especially PowerPoint and Google Slides.
