MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and ensure the efficient operation of MT4/5 platforms and bridge systems.

Manage and monitor liquidity providers to ensure accurate price streaming and resolve any emerging issues.

Utilize third-party applications to enhance monitoring and improve the overall trading experience.

Configure and adjust MT4/5 settings, including groups, securities, margin requirements, and leverage.

Set up and modify bridge configurations, such as markups, slippage, and execution delays.

Handle group allocations and account setups for new trading products.
-
Prepare and manage the setup and termination of future contracts, along with holiday schedules.

Create and update new offerings on MT4/5 platforms, bridges, and related third-party applications.

Address real-time server quote issues, including price freezes, gaps, and filtration levels.

Resolve trade and account-related problems promptly and efficiently.

Assist the Hedge and Risk departments in balancing book exposures and resolving discrepancies.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless trading experience.

Supervise and guide junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Serve as a quality checker for configurations implemented by junior team members.

Provide training and foster cooperation within the team.

Research and assess new technologies to enhance trading systems.

Fulfill additional requests related to the above tasks, while upholding the company's values of ethics, commitment, and innovation.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Finance, or a related field.

Strong experience and in-depth knowledge of the Forex industry.

Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.

Strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills.

Proven expertise in troubleshooting technical and operational issues.

Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Open and eager to learn and adopt new technologies.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends on a rotational basis.
