A leading professional services company is looking for a newly qualified Accountant to join their team in Malta. You will be responsible for all aspects of the Accounting function. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Accounting or have attained the ACCA and have experience within a similar position. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparation of financial statements

Undertake reconciliations.

Updating of Financial Records

Preparation of information for the audit and liaising with auditors

Budgets and forecasts

In-house reporting
-
Ad-hoc reporting
-
Generating and invoicing clients and in-house companies
-
Monitoring of credit control and debt collecting

Bank Payments
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Hold the ACCA or and/or possess a Bachelor of commerce Degree in Accounting

Around 3 years’ experience in Accounting.

Excellent organizational and communication skills
-
Capable of contributing ideas to improve the systems and procedures
-
Able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.

Ability to see beyond the immediate functions of the job are essential.
