MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitoring the performance and capacity company network.

Handling faults properly and cooperating with other technical departments in order to solve network problems.

Performing regular checks on network hardware and software.

Responding to network alerts and hardware malfunctions.

Diagnosing and troubleshooting network errors.
-
Tracking and documenting network issues and compiling incident reports.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer and/or telecommunications engineer, or a similar field.
-
Ability to work flexible hours, during weekends and holidays.
-
0-2 years of experience in Telecommunications or networking fields.
-
Good written and verbal knowledge of the English language and the Greek language is a plus.
-
Good communications skills and ability to work well under pressure.
