A global Medical Consultancy company which provides Air Ambulance / aeromedical services is looking for an Occupational Health Coordinator to join their team in Malta where you will act as a link between the client and the clinics and/or Medical Service providers. GRS are looking for a registered candidate who can perform well under pressure and have certifications as a pharmacist or nurse with fluent English. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Organisation of medical appointments for members with partner clinics worldwide
  • Monitor of recall dates for medical examinations
  • Schedule of appointments in good time to be carried out by recall dates, by liaising with clinics and employees
  • Ensure that clinics receive the package of tests to be carried out and the related forms
  • Ensure that results are received within the stipulated time
  • Enter all results into our database
  • Ensure that the Occupational Health doctor issues certificates within the stipulated timeframe
  • Assist the Occupational Health doctor and the Department Manager in compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Check provider invoices to ensure that they match with tests carried out and agreed prices
  • Aid in health promotion and health education activities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar environment / position will be given preference
  • Medical experience such as pharmacist, allied health professional or nurse
  • Ideally experience in organising medical appointments
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Able to prioritise work
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills in English
  • Ideally can speak other languages
  • IT skills-including the use of MS Office
