On behalf of our Client, a well-established Law firm, GRS are seeking to recruit an office administrator to join their continuously expanding team in Nicosia. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience as an office administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for a 6 month contract. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for office maintenance
  • Assistance to employees with office administrative queries
  • Assistance to the General Manager
  • Handling of all telephone calls (incoming and outgoing)
  • Arrange inhouse and out of the office meetings
  • Welcome and assisting visitors and clients
  • Organising and maintaining records
  • Copying, scanning and filling documents
  • Issue Invoices and receipts
  • Handling petty cash and office bills.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Excellent Greek and English
  • Excellent Computer skills
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • High communication and confidentiality skills
