GRS Recruitment are working closely with a global brand who are searching for an Office Administrator  to take full responsibility of all administrative activities within their offices in Cyprus. This company are within the sector of Marketing, for this position we are looking for an out of the box thinker with a passion for delivering results. The successful candidate will also be working closely with Senior Management and must have previous experience within a similar role.   • Inventory management and procurement of all office supplies
  • Answering and transferring of all  incoming calls
  • Welcome clients and guests to the office
  • Maintaining relationships with the service providers for the office (cleaning company, water etc.)
  • Creating a welcoming workplace of new employees
  • Organization of necessary office repairs and maintenance
  • Coordinating with building and maintenance services
  • Managing the budget for office costs and supplies
  • Coordinating with contractors
  • Mail management
  • Close interaction with the HR and accounting team for day-to-day office matters
  • Previous experience with a similar role
  • Attention to detail and problem solving & analytical abilities
  • Confident PC user, fluency in MS Excel and Word
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and stress tolerance
  • Full working proficiency in English & Greek is a must for this role
