On behalf of our Client, a corporate services provider in Nicosia, GRS are currently seeking to recruit an Office Administrator. The successful candidate will cover the general office administrative tasks and supporting with basic bookkeeping such as recording and issuing of receipted invoices. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answering telephones, ordering office supplies
  • Preparing couriers, envelopes for post and arranging messenger pick up etc
  • Allocating incoming mail/couriers i.e., coping and forwarding to respective client
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
  • Outdoor duties such as collecting petty cash, seals, going to post office, buying supplies etc
  • Producing statements, various reports and updating records
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
  • Ongoing update, monitoring, review of the bank files by allocating bank statements and supporting documentation
  • Updating corporate files
  • Submission of Annual Return (HE32) with Financial Statements   
  • Arrangement for the payment of Annual Levy for an on behalf of clients
  • Archiving company files
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel, word and outlook
  • Highly focused and organized
  • Time management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the English and Greek languages
