On behalf of our client, a fast-growing company operating in the forex industry, GRS are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team in Limassol. The successful candidate must have previous working experience in an administrative role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answering phone calls and handling correspondence
  • Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests
  • Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and providing support to employees during company events
  • Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
  • Assist in other administrative tasks as requested.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience of at least 1-2 years in a similar role is a must
  • Fluency in the English language, both written and verbal. Fluency in Russian will be considered an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and excellent telephone manner
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High integrity of character and work ethic
  • Team-player and positive personality
