GRS Recruitment is working in close partnership with a brand who are searching for an English and Greek speaking Office Administrator to join the team. This company are based on the outskirts of central Limassol with great access to the highway. For this position we are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual with excellent Microsoft office skills and a clear and confident telephone manner. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answering telephone calls and directing the enquiries to the relevant personnel,
  • Keeping and maintaining filing records,
  • Coordinating and placing orders with suppliers
  • Making travel arrangements for staff and/or visitors,
  • Meeting and greeting of visitors
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
  • Fluent English and Greek is a must.
