A boutique Accounting & Audit firm is looking for an experienced Office Administrator/Receptionist to join their team in Malta. This is a varied role, providing support to the firm and has a requirement for typing. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role with excellent typing skills.   • Answering calls and directing to the appropriate person
  • Greet clients and offer refreshments
  • Ensure meeting rooms are ready for each meeting
  • Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and book couriers
  • Copy type letters and financial statements as required
  • Printing, scanning & filing
  • Distribute documents for signature.
  • Well presented with excellent telephone manner
  • Good typing skills
  • At least a years’ experience in a similar role
  • Ideally fluent in Maltese but this is advantageous
  • Available as soon as possible.
