On behalf of our client, a well-established, well known, and growing Audit Firm, GRS are seeking to recruit an Office & Corporate Administrator to join their team in Larnaca. The successful candidate will have at least 1-year previous experience in a corporate environment, preferably in corporate administration and will have an excellent command of the Greek and English languages. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate and prioritize any administration need of the office
  • Support company operations by maintaining office system files updates
  • Organizing office operations and procedures
  • Designing filing systems and keeping them up to date
  • Scanning and filing
  • Assist the office staff with administration tasks.
  • Handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Assist in presentations/proposals preparations
  • Responsible for office stationery and repairs and maintenance
  • Submitting documents to various government departments such as the Registrar of Companies.
  • Providing additional support to the team and management
  • Updating and maintaining corporate documents and certificates
  • Preparation of various documentation based on set templates
  • Contact with Registrar of Companies and Tax authorities
  • Upkeep of corporate and trust files, KYC and Compliance matters etc.
  • Dossier management as well as electronic registration, support and administration of company and clients.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • PA diploma / Secretarial Studies / Office Administration diploma / Business Administration/Any other relevant Degree or certification.
  • At least 1 year previous experience in a corporate environment, preferably in corporate administration
  • Experience with KYC and AML is a plus.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Tools skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc..).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English languages.
  • Familiarity basic accounting principles and bookkeeping will be considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work with deadlines in fast paced environment.
