An established medical centre is looking to recruit an Office Assistant for their existing team in Limassol. The team consist of 4 people acting as co-ordinators, providing high customer service and assist with incoming requests. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

Answer incoming calls, take client queries / book appointments

Greet visitors (reception area)

Co-ordinate with medical professionals for appointments

Keep software and schedule up to date
-
Liaise with relevant stakeholders and team members
-
Be always in line with health and safety and other company policies and procedures
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Very good knowledge at Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel it’s a must)

Excellent use of Greek and English language, both speaking and writing. Russian will be considered as an advantage

Great communication skills

Ability to act independently and as part of a team

Skills: Multitasking, good communication, resistance to stress, problem solving, empathy

Working hours are between 9:30-19:00, Monday to Friday and Thursday half day
