GRS Recruitment is working with a dynamic and growing marketing company based in Limassol who are searching for a full-time office assistant for the team. Our client’s focus is delivering innovative campaigns and strategies for a diverse range of clients. They pride themselves on creativity, collaboration, and providing outstanding client service. We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to join our team full-time. This role is essential to the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and includes general administrative support, liaising with vendors and customers, and assisting management with errands and tasks as needed.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide general administrative and clerical support (filing, scanning, data entry, office organization).
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, service providers, and customers via phone, email, and in person.
- Assist in managing office supplies and equipment.
- Support management with errands and ad hoc tasks.
- Help coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events.
- Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist other departments with tasks when needed.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Previous experience in an office support or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Greek (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred for errands-related tasks).
