MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Dealing with all incoming telephone calls

Maintaining office services by organising office operations and procedures
-
Diary and travel management for the team
-
Inform Directors of schedules and meetings with day to day and weekly updates.

Keeping log of internal holiday requests from employees
-
Basic accounting – inputting invoices
-
Accountable for stock and responsible for ordering office supplies
-
Assisting the team with up and coming events
-
Supporting the HR manager with diary arrangements
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
-
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
-
Excellent organizational skills
-
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
-
Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and office management software
-
Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
-
Fluent English and Greek is a must
