Our Client is one of the leading iGaming providers, recognized for its innovative approach to game development and technological solutions. For their creative team of open-minded people, passionate about a common goal and love for games, they are now looking to recruit for an Office Manager for their offices in Limassol. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role and fluency in English language. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • General procurement of office equipment and supplies (food, stationery, hygiene products, snacks, water, fruits, etc.)
  • Tendering potential providers of goods and services
  • Manage office budget, ensure accurate reporting of all office expenses according to deadlines
  • Manage cleaning and repair services and teams
  • Arrange in-house or off-site corporate events (team buildings, celebrations)
  • Meet and accompany guests and clients, provide them with the best office services and treatment (coffee/tea, office tour etc.)
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Advanced level of English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Knowledge of business ethics and subordination
  • Ability to efficiently perform multiple tasks at the same time and prioritize your work
  • High level of responsibility and ability to get things done
  • Proactive approach and management skills
  • Positive and open-minded attitude
