GRS are working with a highly reputable Marketing company based in Limassol to assist with their search for an Office Manager. The successful candidate must have strong communication skills in the English language and will be responsible for the day to day running of the office. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies, refreshments, etc.
  • Booking transport and accommodation
  • Handling petty cash
  • Hosting the Company’s guests
  • Dealing with office correspondence (i.e., phone calls, emails and postal correspondence)
  • Assisting with the recruitment process
  • Helping with paperwork (i.e., certifications, apostilles, etc.), filing and storing
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • High level of energy, motivation, initiative and professionalism
  • Planning and decision-making ability with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong work ethic and excellent communications skills
  • Confident user of Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
