MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Take care of the office community’s needs.

Greet visitors, answer and redirect phone calls, receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail.

Handle administrative duties and ensure that the office operates smoothly.

Communicate with external services, manage office supplies and inventory, and place orders as necessary.

Help plan awesome office parties and team events
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Relevant experience in office management or team support.

The internal drive to make the people around you happy.

A hands-on approach to solving problems.

An outgoing attitude and good communication skills.

Fluency in Greek and English. Russian would be a plus.
