  • Conduct KYC procedures and ongoing due diligence under multiple regulatory frameworks for prospective and existing client accounts (account onboarding)
  • Promote a high degree of global onboarding knowledge and compliance standards amongst client facing teams
  • Safeguard client privacy and ensure all SOPs are compliant to relevant laws and regulations
  • Identify, record and resolve/escalate suspicious findings following well-established escalation and reporting obligations
  • Adhere to established policies, guidelines, procedures and proactively participate in ongoing training plans to meet the changing competitive and regulatory landscape
  • Exceptional communication & collaboration with key stakeholders to identify, action and develop due diligence processes that contribute to operational efficiency
  • Conduct KYC procedures and ongoing due diligence under multiple licenses for prospective and existing clients
  • Proactively participate in assigned projects that promote client value, operational efficiency and innovation  
  • Meet and exceed KPIs set on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Fluency in English language at a professional level
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry and good understanding of foreign exchange, derivatives, margin FX, brokerage industry strongly preferred
  • Proven experience with basic desk-top applications preferred
  • Experience of online trading platforms and knowledge of MT4 platform preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills
