MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and monitor user-generated reviews across various platforms.

Stay informed on industry updates and trends to continually refine Online reputation strategies.

Oversee and manage online accounts on third-party platforms, social media networks, and app stores.

Ensure timely and professional responses to user feedback and inquiries.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing dedicated support and strategic advice.

Proactively communicate to ensure client satisfaction.

Generate and present detailed monthly reports that summarize key findings and insights for clients and internal teams.

Ensure reports are clear, concise, and actionable.

Manage the day-to-day operations with Online reputation service providers, ensuring high-quality content and services are delivered on time.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Solid understanding of SEO terms, tools, and best practices is essential.

Previous experience in Online reputation, especially in a management role, is a strong advantage.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and suppliers remotely.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Proven experience in managing clients and preparing detailed reports.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Proficiency in using ORM tools and platforms for monitoring and analytics.
