This role will be shift based working Wednesday to Sunday or Tuesday to Saturday working the following hours 3:30am – 11:00am. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing ongoing conversations on multiple chats

Converting leads into clients if the situation requires

Support customers with any online issues that may be having

Providing a top level of customer support
