This role will be shift based working Wednesday to Sunday, 4:00am – 12:00 noon. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing ongoing conversations on multiple chats

Converting leads into clients if the situation requires

Support customers with any online issues that may be having

Providing a top level of customer support
