GRS is working with a growing property management firm located in Limassol, to recruit and organised and proactive Operations Coordinator. We are seeking a candidate with a strong interest in real estate who is motivated to grow into a future management role This position plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless daily operations, supporting the team, and driving process efficiencies. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Be a key player in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by maintaining efficient office systems and offering hands-on support to staff.
  • Manage and organise office logistics, from overseeing correspondence and designing filing systems to monitoring supply requisitions and coordinating clerical activities.
  • Develop and implement office policies, establish new standards, and track performance metrics to ensure we’re always improving.
  • Take ownership of scheduling and follow-up on key deliverables to meet operational requirements.
  • Provide valuable insights to management by analysing reports, summarising data, and spotting emerging trends that drive decision-making.
  • Act as a problem-solver by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements to optimise our operational processes.
  • Resolve operational challenges with innovative solutions, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • A strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-focused environment, contributing to the overall success of the company.
  • Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Dropbox, Outlook) and a keen enthusiasm for learning and adapting to the latest software solutions.
  • You are a highly trustworthy and organized individual, with a sharp attention to detail and a proven ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • High proficiency in English language (Greek and Russian is a plus but not required).
  • Experience or a willingness to learn tenant management, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery to tenants, as well as handling tenant requests and queries with professionalism.
  • A passion for organization, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, always seeking ways to make processes more efficient and effective.
