GRS Recruitment are supporting a boutique law firm based in Limassol to recruit an Operations Manager. This is a pivotal role within a small, close-knit team, providing leadership and operational oversight, particularly in the absence of the Managing Partner.This position is suited to a candidate from a law-firm administrative background (e.g., Corporate Administrator, Senior PA, Immigration Specialist) with supervisory experience and a proactive approach to operational excellence.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the firm, ensuring smooth workflow across all functions.

Act as the central point of contact between the Partner and the team, ensuring continuity of operations.

Supervise and support administrative team members, managing priorities, deadlines, and quality standards.

Oversee administrative processes including client onboarding, document management, and regulatory compliance.

Support basic financial administration, such as coordinating invoicing and assisting with billing workflows.

Maintain internal systems, filing practices, and operational procedures in line with firm standards.

Liaise with clients, authorities, auditors, banks, and other stakeholders as required.

Ensure compliance with internal deadlines and external regulatory requirements.

Provide leadership in problem-solving and operational decision-making in the Partner’s absence.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Previous experience within a law firm environment is essential.

Background in corporate administration, legal support, personal assistance, or immigration services.

Demonstrable supervisory or team coordination experience.

Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in Greek and English (verbal and written).

Russian language skills are an advantage.

Confident working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities.
