MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Coordinate the construction teams and subcontractor that are managing externally the projects
  • Arrange budget and monitor the expenses accordingly
  • Prepare material orders and purchase according to project needs
  • Monitor and confirm the progress of the operations
  • Supervise and advise crews and team members
  • Make sure that the projects are progressing according to the agreed deadlines  
  • Any ad hoc tasks that might arise
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Degree in a relevant field
  • 5 years previous experience in the field
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • Managing and leadership skills
  • Business / professional dress code
  • Great Communication and time management skills
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Ability to work within strict deadlines
  • Drivers license and ability to commute to different locations
