MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures

Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

Establish policies that promote Association’s culture and vision

Ensures alignment with current company policies and goals

Oversee daily operations of the Association

Communicate on daily basis with CEO and other departments
-
Represent the Association in Media and other bodies in Cyprus and abroad
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University degree in Economics, Business Administration or related discipline
-
At least 6 years as HR Manager / HR Generalist is a must
-
Ability to perform under pressure
-
Team player
-
Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages
