A well-established retail chain with offices in Limassol is looking for an Operations Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience within retail/store management. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

General supervision and organization of various stores

On-going coordination with store managers

Ensure the smooth operation of the stores

Manage sales, profit and operational expenses

Manage day-to-day store operations including inventory management

Market analysis
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
At least 3 years of experience in retail management

Experience in all aspects of market analysis including stock control, costing, planning, maintaining and analyzing existing partnerships, etc.

Ability to anticipate and estimate future needs according to market trends
-
Ability to negotiate and organize
-
Marketing knowledge
-
Computer literate
-
Knowledge of English and Greek languages
-
Ability to travel to between cities
-
Ability to work weekends
