GRS Recruitment is working with a growing brand in Limassol within the Financial Service arena who are looking to recruit an Operations Officer to join the team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- Liquidity Management, executing payments and settlements with external providers.
- Monitoring funds held to ensure sufficient liquidity is available to process client
- transactions.
- Performing reconciliations from Systems/Providers of balances and transactions.
- Performing calculations on Partners’ performance and issuance of invoices
- Processing Invoices, following approval processes and payments for Corporate Expenses
- Assisting HR function
- Assist with identifying process and systems improvements
- Preparing reports for the business and proof-reading
- Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer
- Ad-hoc tasks from the COO
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Accounting/Finance background, qualified/chartered advantageous
- Adept knowledge using Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets). Further knowledge of
- (Tableau) Business Intelligence software is considered advantageous
- English (Fluent)
- Quick to learn
- Able to identify emerging issues and providing solutions
