MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily operations across maintenance projects

Coordinate teams and resources to ensure timely service delivery
-
Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
-
Support cross-functional teams in achieving company goals
-
Manage, schedule and direct a team of technicians to carry out maintenance work in our complexes across Cyprus.

Create specifications and quotes for works for our clients.
-
Manage the sales volume, efficiency of carried out works and ensure the department provides a quality service whilst maintaining profit levels.

Report to the Directors about department on a regular basis.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
At least 4 years of relevant experience
-
Degree in Engineering or Business Management
-
Very good knowledge of Greek and English languages
-
Pleasant and approachable character
