GRS Recruitment is working in close partnership with a growing brand in Limassol who are searching for an Operations Team Leader to join their team. For this role we are searching for a proactive individual with a passion to provide a top of the line after sales services to clients and who believes in continued improvement. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible in daily operation, team member’s schedule assignment
  • Actively coordinate within team, cross-function team within company and 3rd party suppliers for problem solving
  • Point of liaison between front sales and backends support department
  • Familiar with operation procedure and provide support, coaching to team members
  • Monthly report meeting with operation director for team performance and working progress
  • Good writing skills to help in writing, reviewing, editing and updating content for team instructions and procedure
  • Good excel, PPT and data analysis skills to help out in group report and presentation slides
  • Willingness to undertake other duties as and when required such as team building arrangement and admin affairs
  • Proactively involve in self learning and practical exposure for continuous competence and productivity improvement
  • Maintain high level of personal leadership on work performed as well as documentations
  • Provide leadership and collaboration within and cross functional team
  • Create and develop good team spirit
  • Take initiative, work independently, enjoy working in a challenging environment and make a difference
  • Proactively identify area of improvement i.e., process, system and staffing plan
  • Participate in discussion, meeting, training and team competency build up
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Relevant work, especially in managing internal communications. Relevant experience from the financial or Fintech industry will be an advantage
  • Highly driven and resourceful individual with strong critical thinking, task priority, time management and organization skills, able to handle multiple task and timelines under pressure
  • Strong self-discipline with initiative and learning spirit with positive attitude, teamwork and responsibility
  • Effective spoken and written communication in English. Spoken communication in Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Strong ability and capability in self-learning and problem solving
