An international FMCG group is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Management Assistant to support the efficient processing and execution of customer orders across its supply chain operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing order workflows within the Warehouse Management System, coordinating with warehouse, sales, and finance teams, and ensuring accurate invoicing and system administration. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages daily order processing in the warehouse management system (WMS), including order entry, validation, and release to picking teams

Coordinates order execution by ensuring timely communication with warehouse pickers and supervisors

Handles invoicing and credit invoicing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures

Maintains and update system records related to returns, damages, and adjustments

Monitors order status and proactively resolve discrepancies or delays

Collaborates closely with Sales and Finance teams to align on order requirements, invoicing issues, and account reconciliations

Ensures all transactions are accurately documented and traceable within the system

Supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency and data accuracy
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Previous experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or order management (preferred)

Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Aberon)

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
