A Cypriot holding company involved in international investment, construction and private equity, are working with GRS to recruit a Part Time Accountant for their Limassol office. The successful candidate will be a university graduate with approximately 10 years of bookkeeping experience. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Registering accounting transactions.

Preparation and submitting monthly VAT reports.

Publish financial statements.

Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.

Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

Ensure bank payments.

Preparation balance sheets and profit/loss statements.

Communication with auditor of the company.

Conduct database backups.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree.

Previous experience with bookkeeping, of approximately 10 years.

Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.

MS Excel skills.
-
High fluency in English with German being highly advantageous.

Strong attention to detail.

Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks is an advantage.

Working hours 09:00-13:00 Monday to Friday.
