A rapidly expanding online marketing company with offices in 6 global locations are seeking to recruit a Payment Analyst to join their friendly team in Larnaca. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a payment’s role. You will be joining a team of passionate and fun colleagues from around the world in a centrally located modern office. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Processing withdrawals in a timely manner as per our SLAs.
  • Processing and verifying documents with the aim of identifying forged documents and complying with CDD and EDD obligations.
  • Analysing deposits to reduce the risk of Fraud and chargebacks.
  • Analysing player accounts for duplicate accounts and bonus abuse
  • Making sure that players actions comply with terms and conditions and license directives.
  • Responding to Customer Support in relation to payment-related queries.
  • Contacting players with regards to payment security-related queries.
  • Analysing gaming system alerts to spot possible money laundering and report any suspicious activity to MLRO.
  • Flagging accounts by analysing behaviour, risk of payment methods, deposit amounts, wagering requirements, product risk, and geographical risk.
  • Liaising with other departments as required to resolve any payment issues.
  • Reporting findings and feedback to senior management and other internal stakeholders.
  • Acting as a backup for AML and Responsible gaming compliance function.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • At least one year of experience in a Payments role.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work on a shift basis Monday to Sunday.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Team player.
  • Enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment.
