On behalf of our client, a well-established and fast-growing Forex Broker Company with offices in Paphos and Limassol, GRS are recruiting a Payment and Risk Operation Officer to join their team in Limassol. The successful candidate will have a degree in Business, Finance, Economics or any other relevant field, have at least 1 years’ previous experience in a Back-office role in a Forex, Crypto, or Payment Provider and be fluent in English.   • Implementing strategic plans for the payment and risk operations of the company based on the needs of the group provided by the Business Development Team and Head of Compliance Global Risk and Payment Operations
  • Contacting, developing and maintaining relationships with service providers, acquiring banks, PSPs, technological partners etc. in target markets
  • Handling the administrative part of completion of the applications to the payment providers, obtaining the signatures for the applications of the Directors/Signatories and submitting the due diligence of our companies
  • Obtaining all KYC and Due Diligence for the payment providers
  • Providing all necessary KYC and Due Diligence for the Groups’ companies to the payment providers
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or any other relevant field
  • 1+ experience in a Payment’s role in forex, Crypto, or Payment Provider
  • Experience working with both card and alternative payment systems internationally with emphasis in Asia, Africa, LATAM and Europe
  • Experience in finding, creating and retaining relationships with payment solutions in various jurisdictions and brands
  • Understanding of card scheme rules and regulations, the payment acceptance process and systems involved in the process
  • Effective in planning, prioritizing and time management
  • Fluent in English
