On behalf of our Client, a well-established and expanding payments company, GRS Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Payments Back Office Optimization Associate to be based in Limassol. If you have the necessary skills and experience, then GRS are looking forward to receiving your CV for this Limassol Payments Back Office Optimzation Associate role.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage a growing Merchant pool. Liaise with existing and new merchants in discussions with setting up Payment Solution Providers (PSP’s). Manage the merchant from start to finish to getting them live and processing.
  • Communicate with existing Merchants on a regular basis, establish a close relationship and act as a business advisor by recommending payment solutions based on their company requirements and payment strategy both current and future.
  • Monitor the performance of Merchants through data analysis and suggest ways to enhance and increase approval ratios through routing modifications and or proposing of new payment solution/s.
  • Communicate with our payment partner pool on a regular basis, to keep up to date with their offerings and onboarding requirements.
  • Monitor the performance of PSPs through financial data analysis so as to optimize the process to enhance Approval ratios and mapping to Merchant’s needs.
  • Support existing and ongoing relationships between all Merchants and partners.
  • Report directly to the management on your performance. Work with your team to achieve goals and targets.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree preferable but not a requirement if valid experience is there.
  • Computer-literacy and reporting knowledge with excellent Excell knowledge.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Detail orientated individual with solid organizational skills.
  • Min 2 years Online Payments Industry experience in Account Management, Customer Service or Business Development either as a merchant or a service provider.
  • Solid client/partner relationship management skills.
  • Eager and willing to overcome challenges.
  • Good Listening skills and willingness to learn.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive and fun environment.
  • Collaborator but who can also work unchecked to deliver
  • Fluent in English language (spoken and written).
