GRS are working with one of the leading full-service providers in the online gaming sector, to hire a Payments and Fraud Manager for their operation based in Limassol. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage Risk, Payments & Fraud (RPF) department including the structural and strategical set-up of the department
  • Review and draft policies, annual plans, operating and working procedures
  • Perform data analysis and prepare intelligence reports
  • Support team-leads with anti-fraud training materials and guide them in the delivery of training including a training plan and progress report
  • Respond to inquiries of business units regarding fraud & risk management issues
  • Conduct fraud risk assessment on new products and services
  • Fraud analysis and development of adequate anti-fraud initiatives and strategy
  • Manage fraud detection tools, while creating rules and analyzing fraud patterns
  • Ownership of chargeback analyzes, requirements management as well as market and competition monitoring for trends in the area of fraud
  • Responsible in aligning RPF operational strategy with company strategy and making sure that prioritization is in place for year planning and long-term planning
  • Operational management of current and future RPF team resources
  • Coach and stimulate the team leads to develop themselves and grow to next level performance and to apply the same with their teams
  • Achieve a uniform and high level of performance within the teams by setting up Quality assurance standards together with the team-leads
  • Making sure that the team focusses on the right targets by setting team KPI’s with the team-leads
  • Support the business with launching new brands, channels and products
  • Work closely and improve processes with other departments, particularly AML, CS, Payment, Compliance and more
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous manager level experience in a Fraud/Risk/AML role from within gaming
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
  • Previous experience with managing fraud/risk tools
  • Organizational skills and ability to work on own initiative.
  • Reliable, high level of integrity and hands-on mentality
  • Strong analytical capabilities
