GRS Recruitment are working with a Cysec regulated investment firm, in order to recruit a Payments Officer to be part of a dynamic team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Process financial transactions (withdrawals, transfers, deposits)

Post deposits and process bonuses
-
Perform daily reconciliation of platforms, providers and systems
-
Respond to customers inquires and resolving their pending cases
-
Update and enter customer account information in the company’s records, systems or database
-
Perform KYC procedures and ensuring that all applications are compliant with regulatory authorities and company policies
-
Assist compliance with collecting and processing further KYC requirements
-
Identify and resolve clients queries or service problems and follow up with relevant departments to ensure that solution was found
-
Recommend new services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
-
Generate different reports concerning number of accounts, source of accounts, financial transactions active affiliates and introducers

Liaise with several departments and solving the various issues that arise during the daily operations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Excellent command of the English language, written and oral
-
Previous experience in a similar role
-
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team

Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office tools

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks successfully

University Degree in Accounting ,Business Administration or relevant
-
CySec advanced diploma will be considered an advantage

Ability to work in shifts (24/5)
